A family start-up; brand image was redesigned from scratch, after starting a restructuring phase in the company. New logo, webpages, brand image, CRM, chat bot, email marketing, digital campaigns, employee training videos, and more, was part of the work done here. As a day to day, designing furniture, layout, and 3D renders for client's laundries, was a normal task - as an added value to the customer service. These efforts made the company break sales records on November 2020, mid-pandemic and double leads on CRM.
